Putting together a quick and tasty side has never been easier with this speedy basil pesto garlic bread recipe straight from the Diforti kitchen for you!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Fresh bread rolls of your choice
- Basil Pesto 160g
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Garlic (about 1-2 cloves crushed)

STEP ONE: Slice the bread rolls giving equal spacing between each cut and leaving the ends. Take care not to cut all the way through and keep the bread together. Also take this time to pre-heat the oven to 180°C or Gas mark 4.
STEP TWO: Take the garlic and crush using a garlic crusher, otherwise you can finely slice too and mix together with the basil pesto. Spoon equal ‘dollops’ into the slices of the bread.
STEP THREE: Grate the parmesan cheese over the top of the bread until covered suitably.
STEP FOUR: Place on a baking tray and heat in the oven until cheese is melted and bread toasted nicely though for about 6-7 MINS.
