Can I choose my delivery day and time?

We offer a next day delivery service when you place your order by midday. We use UPS as our delivery service and they cannot specify the exact time of delivery. Your delivery will arrive between the hours of 9.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No. We take delivery instructions so your UPS driver can leave your order where you want it. Alternatively, UPS will leave a note in your letterbox and deliver your order to the closest access point for you to collect.

Can I choose what comes in my Antipasti box?

We create different antipasti boxes every month which can be found in our boxes section on the website or you can make your own box and choose your favourite dishes in our store.

How do I pay for my order?

We take all payments by credit or debit card at the check-out stage of your order on our website.

Do you deliver to me? 

Our delivery partner UPS is the largest and most reliable delivery service nationwide. We can deliver to your preferred address across the United Kingdom. For any further delivery questions feel free to  call us during working hours Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5. 30pm on 0208 953 5453.

Where can you leave my delivery if I’m not in? 

Your UPS driver can leave your product box anywhere that you think will be safe; if there’s nowhere outside we can leave with your neighbours, in a porch, garage or shed and pop your delivery inside. Please ensure you leave clear instructions when you are placing your order at the check-out stage.

How will my delivery stay fresh?

Our food products are protected in our carefully selected boxes. Anything chilled will come packed in ice packs to keep the products at the right temperature until you unpack it.
