New year, new month and new chances to create the perfect G&T! January may be well known for Veganuary but it also brings the opportunity to celebrate creating and drinking gin to your heart’s content! January is notorious for being a long month, especially after the festive period so it is a perfect time to wet your whistle to help get you through!
Diforti have a few favourites to share for everyone to try at home featuring our very own Italian Solo Gin & Italian Doro Gin.
Our Italian Solo Gin is very fresh with strong notes of Juniper and pairs very well with Citrus fruits. Bring out the gin by garnishing with juniper berries and top with a fresh sprig of rosemary for the ultimate sense experience with your G&T.
Berry & Cucumber
Next up is our Italian Doro Gin which is aged for 12 months in chestnut barrels giving it a very thick toasted nut flavour with hints of vanilla and juniper berries. We have created a good combination with fresh strawberry and cucumber garnished with a pinch of pepper and sprig of rosemary making an appearance again. All a feast for the eyes, mouth and nose to bring the best out of creating and drinking gin concoctions.
Ultimately there is no right or wrong way to create a gin and tonic. It is all up to preference and taste and sometimes pairing with something new and wacky creates the best drink so don’t be afraid to experiment and see what masterpiece you can create this #ginuary!
