There are many quick and easy recipes out there, especially ones featuring Gnocchi as an ingredient. Gnocchi is such an all-rounder of an ingredient and be cooked in a multitude of ways, including pan-frying! Which is why this recipe is an ultra-fast one in the kitchen after a long day.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Potato Gnocchi 500g
- Semi-dried Cherry Tomato 200g
- Chargrilled Artichokes 180g
- Kalamata Mix Olives 180g
- Pinch of Oregano
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Large Tablespoon)

STEP ONE: Heat a large frying pan with the large table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and once heated add in the Gnocchi. Pan fry for 2 MINS or until slightly crispy and plump, beginning to brown.
STEP TWO: Stir in the Chargrilled Artichokes, herbs and oil too. Add the Semi-dried Cherry Tomatoes (drained) and also the Kalamata Mix Olives (drained and chopped) and continue to fry for another 2 MINS.
STEP THREE: Add in a pinch of Oregano and salt and pepper to suit your tastes and serve while hot. Drizzle with Olive Oil and garnish with Fresh Basil.
