Organoleptic characteric: Very light ruby red colour, fragrant fresh and overflowing odour of red fruits, bilberries, raspberries and mulberries. On the palate very lively and fresh unveiling small red fruits.
Fermentation temperature: 22°-27°
Harvest Period: End of september
