Harvesting: manual at the second decade of October
Vinification: maceration for 10/12 days in stainless steel tank at 25°C. The maturation is in barriques for 12 months. The refinement is in bottle for 6 months.
Organoleptic features: intense ruby red colour. Complex sensations of vanilla, spices and liquorice. Wide wine, rich and harmonic. Well balanced and persistent with good structure.
Alcohol: 13,5% by vol.
Serve: 18°C.-20°C Uncork the bottle one hour before to drink. Excellent with red meats, roasts and grilled and mature cheese
