The Moio 57 owes its name to the extraordinary grape harvest of 1957, which was obtained in Mondragone. The vinification is traditional with a long maceration. The wine undergoes a period of ageing in traditional Slavonian oak casks. It has a ruby red color, a fruity aroma with a background of spices and licorice. The taste is characterized by a high concentration and a good balance.
