Distilled with an artisanal method, Grappa La Scura ages for more than 12 months in barrels of 350 liters of Allier oak. It presents light sensations of vanilla, yeasts and honey. On the palate it is harmonious, full-bodied, but not aggressive. It goes well with medium-intense chocolate, with a good medium-aged cheese.
