Method of production: Infusion of wild juniper berries Sardinian for 30 days together with botanicals in cereal alcohol. Next Distillation of slow craft with discontinuous method for about 10 hours, using steam boiler and copper amber. Aging in old chestnut barrels for 12 months.
Color: Yellow loaded with golden, clear reflections.
Odor: Complex and fine, net notes of juniper berries, sage, Mediterranean scrub, resin, vanilla, citrus fruits.
Flavor: Opulent but soft and persistent with hazelnut notes toasted, officinal herbs and bitter almonds.
