Vinification: fermentation in French barriques of 225lt. Maturation in French barriques
and refinement in bottle for 6 months.
Organoleptic features: straw yellow colour with green hues. Intense flavour, mouth-filling and fresh.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Service Temperature: at 12-14°C.
Pairing: Excellent with white meat, fish dishes and non-mature cheese
