Vinification: the must is obtained after a static decantation. Fermentation at 17° C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks. Refinement 2 months in bottle.
Organoleptic features: straw yellow colour, with golden reflection. Fruity with sensation of banana and spices; well bodied and balanced.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Serve at 10°-12°C. Good with white meats, fish dishes and non-mature cheese
