Since 1890 Divella has been a producer of durum wheat which all began when Francesco Divella made his first mill for grinding grain in Rutigliano. Their company philosophy is all about quality raw materials and technologies to deliver the highest standard products and for respect of the environment and social responsibility. Producing 1000 tons of dried pasta, 35 tons of fresh pasta and 60 tons of biscuits per day, Divella is always working hard to bring quality products to their customers.

Durum wheat semolina obtained by grinding Italian durum wheat added to foreign durum wheat with a high protein content. A more course flour than traditional flour and is most commonly used to make fresh pasta and couscous however it can be used to make cakes and bread too.
