Diforti’s Pecorino Moliterno al Tartufo is made from sheep’s milk in Sardinia and aged for over a year before black truffle cream is added to the product. This process allows it to develop its own, creamy taste before further flavour is added. To allow the cheese to fully absorb the delicate black truffle aroma, it is aged for another 5 months, during which it is rubbed with vinegar and olive oil.

This cheese is a great addition to any authentic Italian food platter and tastes delicious served with Antipasti and Olives.
