Feta is a soft brined cheese made in Greece using a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk. It is usually formed in blocks after maturing for about 2 months and submerged in brine. This intensifies the cheeses natural saltiness and, dependent upon age, Feta can either be creamy or crumbly. Due to its unique taste it works well paired with olive oil, roasted red peppers and nuts. And a Greek salad wouldn’t be a Greek salad without it!
