Made from sheep’s milk and matured for 14 days, its delicate and creamy flavour is enhanced with the fruity saltiness of olives, the tongue-tickling heat of the chillies, the herby and peppery flavour of rocket and the tangy tickle from the capers. Perfectly balanced, this medley of Mediterranean flavours makes every bite a memorable experience for your test buds. This cheese is a great addition to any authentic Italian food platter and tastes delicious served with Antipasti and Olives.
