A traditional Italian shortcrust pastry tart with a delicious filling of apricot and peach jam. So good they are even eaten at breakfast in Italy.




Pastry: WHEAT flour, melange (butter (MILK) 50% sunflower oil, coconut fats, water), Icing sugar, powdered sugar, Saragolla WHEAT flour 4% , Pasteurized EGGS, pasteurized MILK , whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, baking powder (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavourings.
Filling 36%: glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 45%, peach puree 45%, sucrose, gelling agent: Pectin (E440i), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), flavourings.
