A traditional Italian shortcrust pastry tart with a sweet and tangy lemon filling. So good they are even eaten at breakfast in Italy.




Pastry: WHEAT flour, melange (butter (MILK) 50%, coconut fats, sunflower oil), icing sugar, pasteurised EGG, pasteurised MILK, whole MILK powder, natural flavours, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), salt.
Filling (35%): water, glucose syrup, dextrose, sucrose, modified corn starch (E1422), vegetable fats (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), Stabilisers: (E460, E466), ethyl alcohol, concentrated lemon juice 2.6%, colouring agents (E171, E160a, E161B, preservatives: (E202), flavours, salt, safflower extract, antioxidant: (E300).
