In 1846 Antonio Rummo launched the family business of milling wheat and making pasta. The process involved their three horses, Bruto, Bello and Baiardo to pull the wheat from Puglia and Campania to their mill and you can see them as part of their package even today. In 1991 Rummo stopped milling wheat to concentrate on making pasta and they have never looked back. Now with many shapes and variations to suit all tastes and dietary requirements, Rummo are a widely celebrated brand with high standards & plenty of history in pasta making.
