Handpicked down to each individual fruit, we remove the stones and carefully crush our Kalamata olives, before blending them into a delectable paste with fresh garlic, fresh parsley, a hint of salt and a few drops of wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. The end result? A delectable tapenade that appeals to all palates and makes a compelling ingredient to add to your panini. This authentic Italian food pairs great with our grilled vegetable antipasti on our Italian crostini.
