Grana Padano is a hard, full-bodied cheese from Northern Italy, aged at least 9 months and made from unpasteurised milk. Its flaky texture offers a creamy, mild flavour with a lingering finish. Strictly regulated by the Consorzio, it's ideal for risottos, pasta, or salad garnish.
