A smoked selection of Speck, Salame Napoli and Salame Ungarese.
A delicious, combination of Speck – Italy’s famous mountain cured ham, and two salami. The Ungarese is made with finely chopped pork, while the Napoli is made with much more coarsely chopped pork. All are very delicately smoked.
Ingredients
Speck (34%): Pork leg, salt, dextrose, spices, spices extracts, preservative: sodium nitrite.
Salame Ungherese (33%): Pork meat, salt, flavourings, dextrose, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
Salame Napoli (33%): Pork meat, salt, flavourings, dextrose, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
