The origins of Pastrami possibly originate in Romania, but today Pastrami is known as a staple of American and particularly new York cuisine. Our Pastrami is made from beef, which gets its unique flavour from a combination of brining, drying and seasoning, before being lightly smoked and steamed – a process that was originally invented to preserve meat. Enjoy our Pastrami the American way, with a side of Diforti’s mini gherkins.
