Product Information
A cheese made traditionally when goats, sheep and cows were all kept together on the farm and their combined milk was used to make a single type of cheese. Our cheese is made with vegetable rennet so is suitable for vegetarians. It is also a naturally lactose-free cheese. During the ageing period the lactose gradually disappears until the level becomes unmeasurable.

Pasteurised sheep, cow and goat’s MILK, salt, vegetable rennet (from cynara cardunculus), starter culture.
Treated on surface with preservatives: E235, E202 and colorant vegetable carbon. Lactose free <0,01%. As consequence
of the natural production process. Contains Galactose.
