A speciality of the Emilia Romagna region, made with prime cuts of meat.
Strolghino has its origins in the lowlands around Parma in the Emilia Romagna region of northern Italy. It is made from the same prime cuts of meat that make the finest prosciutto. It is cured for a relatively short period, but this gives Strolghino its characteristic soft texture and fresh flavour.
Ingredients
Pork, salt, natural flavourings, white wine, dextrose, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. Casing not edible

Storage Information
